As a college student I have sat through a lot of lectures/labs. One professor told us, students, that employees are your #1 asset. Why? Here are two articles that illustrate the statement well.
A lot of people say BIGGEST asset is a little bit dramatic. Probably so. But your employees can often make or break your company/corporation. And it's a little annoying to me that a lot of biz/corporations are cutting costs at the bottom level (training employees etc). Do they know that these are front-line people and practically are the FACE of your company/corporation?
