Homemade croutons

I love homemade croutons. It's not really scientific, just use as much (or as little) ingredients as you want.

1 loaf day old Italian bread
olive oil
seasonings (I use Paula Deen's "house seasoning")

Preheat oven to 350*. Cut loaf into small cubes and place on a baking sheet. Drizzle with oil and sprinkle seasonings. Bake for 20-30 minutes.

Can be sprinkled on anything, really.

1 cup salt
1/4 cup black pepper
1/4 cup garlic powder

Combine in a bowl and store in an air tight container.
