Healthy Bed-time snacks

What's bedtime without a snack?
Some of my favorites include: 
  • slightly buttered and salted all-natural popcorn. My favorite brand? Orville Redenbacher
  • Oats N Dark Chocolate Crunchy Nature Valley Granola bar . Two come in a package, right? Smothered one bar with minimally processed peanut butter, top with other bar and make a sandwich
  • frozen yogurt with just sprinkles
  • string cheese. is always a good one, especially juusst before bed and you're just lactose intolerant enough to err, nm. (my poor spouse! same goes for the frozen yogurt)
  • cereal is a good ole standby. I love the Post's Honey Bunches of Oats line. I love, love, love! Just Bunches of Oats
  • low-no sugar jello or pudding
  • one square of really good dark chocolate. My favorite? Lindt dark chocolate with chilies
  • handful of almonds. I went to Costco and got a big 3 lb container of 'um. 
  • pretzels with peanut butter
Whatever snack you choose, make it a good one.
