Day 5
It's Lent. So I gave up soda for 40 days. To help with with this giving up process. I also want to make myself a better person, I decided to keep a journal of sorts. I'll write an entry everyday.
The format:
Feeling. How/what am I feeling like today?
Happy. Something happy that really made me feel energized today.
What's wrong? Something that's bother me.
feeling:
I am feeling...ok, just alright. I'm ready to get back into the swing of things.
happy:
Shameless, the tv show. Sitting on the couch really isn't too energizing, but I think sitting next to my spouse and watching tv it's rather fun and energizing?!?
what's wrong?
this Associate's degree is there, but so, so far away. I can't really back out now. (I guess this is a good thing?) But I'm scared about answering and finding my calling to..."what's next?"
