This. Is I believe.

I am excited to share this: 


In a way, this is earth shuttering. But in a way, it isn't. 

I began eating wholefoods like almonds and Kefir yogurt, because I found they tasted better then their low-fat counter partners. After a while, I just stopped caring about fat. And amazingly, I begin to feel better inside and out. Once you stop caring about fat and actually start eating...it's amazing.
