Day 3 is here.
It's Lent. So I gave up soda for 40 days. To help with with this giving up process. I also want to make myself a better person, I decided to keep a journal of sorts. I'll write an entry everyday.
The format:
Feeling. How/what am I feeling like today?
Happy. Something happy that really made energized today.
What's wrong? Something that's bother me.
Feeling:
like I should be doing something productive. It's a rather icky feeling.
Happy:
got a lot of cheap, healthy (or I think so, anywayz) at Costco yesterday.
What's Wrong?
This week, it's been hard to stay positive around negative people. It's easier to be negative than it is to stay positive. However, work goes by much, MUCH faster if you stop the attitude and help your team members. B*tch at home at your spouse about how dumb your co-workers are, but please don't do so to your other co-workers.
