There are two things I don't look forward to:
-making up meal plans
-seeing the credit card bill
Doing both in the same day is a little...I don't know, daunting?
I hate making meal plans for so many reasons.
- I am a picky eater
- Most, if not all, the time it's just myself. It's hard to make dinner for one.
There's only so much leftover casserole before one can eat before getting sick of said casserole. - Hard for me to resist eating all those junky foods. I'd love to give in and buy those frozen chicken tenders and corn dogs. But I firmly believe that in the long run that these foods can and will kill us...sooner.

Credit card bill. Ok, so maybe I secretly like getting my credit card bill every month.
The first I do is scan for "stupid stuff." Starbucks, sodas at Speedway and other c-stores. Sometimes I take a high-lighter and mark these SS items. If there's a lot of high lighted items, I know I really need to challenge myself (and practice self control) and purchase less of these items. After a while making allowances for coffee (shops) becomes a natural process. Sometimes I screw up and have to re-focus and re-challenge myself.
