1 cup milk (best results-2% or higher)
2 oz of 70% cocoa dark chocolate from a bar (recommendation: Lindt chocolate, found in the candy aisle)
Bring milk and chocolate to a boil over medium heat, stir constantly. Boil for 1 minute (chocolate and milk should be homogeneous). Pour in your favorite mug. Top with whipped cream, if desired.
