My next house

The more I think about my next house, the more I realize I shouldn't be thinking about it. The list of things I WANT in my next house keeps getting longer and bigger. The chances of us finding a house with a...

• one big room  for crafts
• 3 season screened-in-porch for the cats
• gas range and stove (I'm not willing to compensate this one) 
• small, yet open kitchen. I love hanging out in the kitchen, I don't want it to be so big I feel cold and lonely. My last kitchen was so small and ever-so-slightly on a slant. So! My oven was on a slant. So! half my cookies were beautiful, well the others were ever-so-slightly over baked.
•  beautiful backyard with a pole barn for our "toys"
• country-chic feel. NOT hick country. (Trust me, I know the difference) 

...sound really impossible. 

To add to the list, I want to live in the country. Yet, I want big city amenities.
