Eating Right

The article is actually geared towards getting kids to eat healthy. But I think a lot of the tips can be adapted to adults as well.

I love #1, 2, 3 and 5 the most.

#1: Growing up, this was big for me. My mom, me and sometimes my sister would go grocery shopping together. Because of that, I feel like food is my friend and not so much my enemy.

#2: There is/was NEVER a candy bowl in my parent's. And other than my dad's Doritos, my parents never never kept potato chips around.

#3: ingredients of chocolate milk? milk, corn syrup and more sucrose.

#5: adults need less than they think, too. Don't force yourself to eat that last 2 bites of whatever. If you're full and the last two bites will make you feel uncomfortable, don't eat it.
