LOVE It.

In regards to couponing, I have really have put things into focus over the past few weeks.

Also...
It should be no secret that I love carbs and bread and white sugar. Sometimes at work there's a little snip-it of bread laying on the "this is food for your taking" table. I pass that table alot. I take bread for that table alot.

While at work I read Reader's Digest. The featured article is entitled, "Eat this, lose weight." The article talked about eating high fatty foods and eating as much as you need and stopping when you're full. When we eat all these diet (even low-fat carb) foods, we're depriving ourselves.

Anyway, I decided to try to cut all white-sugary carbs out of my diet. Not so much that I need to lose weight. But I hate exercising, so I need to make some trade offs. Because at my last yearly doctor's appointment (a few days ago), I weighed the very same as I did a year ago.
