Back 2 School

I loved picking out school supplies. It gave me warm, fuzzy feelings inside.

Man, do times change.

Today my back to school supply list contains $150 text books and left hand approved spiral bound notebooks. Blech.

I still love back to school time.

Right now there are awesome sales on cleaning products. In fact, Cascade dish detergent (click link for Amazon product review) has a mail in rebate offer (click link for form) going on.

The offer is actually a "love it or we'll refund you're money back" type of deal. Who cares? It's a MIR to get something free. :) I think there is a limit of one per household. However, if you wanted to be really sneaky...buy three bags of this product at a time--separate transaction each time (you have to mail in the receipt)--use your parents', in-laws' and company's address-tell parents' and company if they get a check from P&G, give it to you. Sneaky and slightly thrilling. Best of all? Little effort and it's legal.

*EDIT* I just read the fine print. "Using multiple addresses is considered fraud." :(
