Super Sunday SavingI

I am super excited to share this deal with you all...
24oz, that's 1.5 pounds, of organic/fair trade Ferris Nut and Coffee coffee for $10ish.

How I scored this:
Meijer had most of their Christmas gift sets 50% off. Including this 3 pack of organic/fair trade FNC coffee.

Other deal that's equally exciting:
Tollhouse Sugar Cookie dough 5lb for $2. Originally $5ish.
Right now it's in the freezer. Not sure what I'm going to do with it, but sugar cookie dough always comes in handy. :)

Right now I am watching a really, REALLY neat show on CNBC called, "Tell Debt Do It's Part." The producers find a newly married couple who is close to high debt. The current couple on tv owes about $20,000 (in debt). A personal money person comes in and shows the couple what they are doing right/wrong and gives them challenges....say, they only get $150 for one week. The couple makes me get a "errr, wake up!" type of madness.

The person told this particular couple the male needed to make $600/month for the two to live comfortably. NOTE: the female is the only income earner. The female said, "$600 is ALOT to make in one month." What type of lifestyle are these people living, anyway? I did the math and if min. wage is $7.75, he needs to be working 20/week min. It's amazing what people DON'T know about money, budgets etc. I really recommend this show for anyone. It's great!
