Just because we're in this recession does NOT mean you can treat the customer like crap.

I almost don't want to ever walk into ever again. I almost don't want to walk into any customer service place again. I understand that this store caterers to old shoppers. Yet that's hardly an excuse.


My favorite line:
"Customer's don't buy products or services. They buy good feelings and solutions to problems. Most customer needs are emotional rather than logical."

I made pot pie tonight. Taste like something out of the freezer section at Meijer. Probably won't use condensed soup next time.
