- Butter-would rather live on the streets then bake with margarine
- Coffee bean-nuf said.
- Half and half-my coffee is so much better with it.
- Sound of coffee dripping into my cup-should really be #1. After 5-6 weeks without a hearing aid, I asked myself, "coffee dripping into my cup REALLY sounds like that?" It was one of those moments...
- Nestle brands (makers of Purina, Tidy Cats cat litter, Tollhouse Chocolate Chip and Stouffers frozen entrée)-I LOVE this brand. The other day I noticed that my cat food was manufactured by, not FOR, by Purina.
Honorable Mention
The electric hot pot. I am pretty sure most of my older readers have had the privilege to "bond" with this mechanism (am I wrong?) I was part of the privileged persons at Spring Arbor U to board in Gainey Hall. Because Gainey was brand new at the time, everything was cream of the crop. Each room had its own A/C control. The best thing about living in Gainey was the fact we could use hot pots/plates in our OWN rooms.

The memories of my hot pot...Being the typical college student I would skip breakfast so I could sleep in. I would boil water for oatmeal while getting ready for classes. To this day, my oatmeal has to be made with milk.
I like my coffee in the morning. I use the manual "drip method" . Being the responsible homeowner, I thought boiling water via gas stove was getting a bit pricey. My mom found my hot pot and brought it over. The memories are flooding my mind. Not just the foods I prepared with that pot, but Kristi, Kelsey and Julie (my first RA) and the other girls I lived with. And the Pom-pom one girl would dog walk. *Sigh*
