Ranch Oyster Crackers.

I first had made these in 7th grade Foods class. So delicious. They are so easy to make for a Summer pool/beach party. At 250*, you won't even notice the oven being on.

1/4 cup vegetable oil
pinch of dill weed
1-1oz package of Hidden Valley Ranch dressing and dip mix, dry
16oz oyster crackers

Preheat oven to 250*
Put oil in a Ziploc bag or big bowl. Pour in crackers and shake/stir until well-coated. Then toss with dressing mix and dill weed. Spread (single layer) crackers onto a rimmed baking sheet. Bake at 250* for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown.

Eat them plain, or make a party mix with pretzels and bagel chips.
