Habits of Skinny People

While I can't write for all small/skinny people...I'm going to use "we" and "us". It just seems to flow with the content/text.
(and I'm very aware that some people just can't lose weight for whatever reason. And I am aware that people have eating disorders, including anorexia and obesity.)

Habits of skinny people. Or habits of ___ people. (Healthy, cool people? I don't know)

We eat. Most likely at intervals through out the day.
the metabolism starts to work best when eat when you're hungry--and waiting several hours after the hunger strikes.

Our appetites/hunger-strikes are like clock work.
Every day at 11 am, I get hungry and eat a snack. Every M-W-F at 8am, I get hungry. Every T-Thursday at 9am, I get hungry.

We're picky eaters. Or just because it's food doesn't mean we are going to eat it.

We believe that organic just isn't better for the planet, but it taste a heck of a lot better then the non-organic product.
Organic yogurt just tastes better. Plus yogurt shouldn't be the consistency of soup and taste like chalk. In the end, it's so worth it to spend a little extra on organic. PS not everything I buy is organic. I try my best with the budget I have.

We make as much homemade foods as we can.
Homemade chicken noodle beats all. It tastes so much better, too! I do you to compare.

We're really boring.
I have no problem eating a bagel with strawberry cream cheese for breakfast 10 days in a row. Or eating plain cheese pizza. Or just chicken and cheese fajitas. Or just turkey, cheese and mustard sandwiches.
