Getting old(er).

I am 23 years+1 day old.
Honestly.
I don't feel a day over 10.

Over the year (or months, really) I have adopted a "holistic" lifestyle. About 12 weeks ago, I started yoga. Although, I don't practice yoga for religious reasons--yoga has changed my life. I lost more than 10 pounds, most of it unnecessary fat. I mean I was never obese/fat to begin with, but I feel it in my calves and glutes. And in my everyday lifestyle.

I think yoga keeps me forever young.
I think yoga and Taylor Swift keep me forever young.
I think yoga and Taylor Swift and a Subaru keeps me forever young.
Shit, I think yoga, T. Swift, Subbie and a certain Wheaten Terrier keeps me young.
People and places that keep me young:
  • Taylor Swift
  • Subie (my 2001 Subaru Legacy)
  • Baxter, the Wheaten
  • my boss
  • my husband
  • my mom
  • 104.5 WSNX, the "hip-hop/rap/whatever it is" station

I think it's important to stay and feel young. (And there's also a time to be/act older than you really are.)

Side note: I am done with Christmas shopping! Although, I could have gotten better deals after Black Friday...I'd rather pay a little more and keep my sanity this holiday season.

  1. I do what I can. Not sure how i'm doing it, but I'm doing what I can:))) That's sort of like "Beer will save the world. I don't know how, but it will." (sign in one of the local pubs)
