The ingredient list states you need an egg. However, (unless I didn't read right) the actual recipe doesn't say anything about egg. Knowing what I know about meatballs, common sense tells me to add it to the turkey/saltine mixture. Although the older folks know more about this then I do.
I got confused with browning the turkey balls. Brown them before simmering the tomato mix. Add the brown/raw-ish balls to the tomato mix and then simmer for 30 minutes.
