Popcorn

Most of you already know this little trick. But lately it's been the perfect snack around here...

1/3-1/4 cup popping corn
1 lunch size brown bag
melted butter or cooking spray
salt, to taste

put popping corn into lunch bag. Microwave bag for about 2 minutes and 30 seconds plus or minus. Pop corn is done when popping become 15 or so seconds apart. Put popped corn into a large bowl. Pour butter (or spray cooking spray) over pop corn. Salt/seasoning to your liking.

The best part? Little or no chemicals. I love pop corn, but usually microwave pop corn is full of "this chemical to preserve taste etc." And as always, pop corn is low fat. (But who counts calories, really?)
