I feel like this is the time I start "dressing the part."
For most of my teenage and adult life, I've had trouble finding the perfect pair of jeans. I'm sure most women say that...but the thing is: I have ass. And a very small waist.
I am pear.
You. Find inexpensive, yet quality jeans that fit a pare shaped person. Go.
That being said:I am very possibly the happiest girl. Right now.
Yes, right this very moment I am happy.
The other day I did a little Google research on this matter. I am not the only grown lady with this problem--so I was able to get some excellent answers and/or advice.

Women, like me, have had good success with a high stretch to cotton ratio.
And I learned/read to try on all jeans, even if it's the same brand and cut/style.
Today I was in the shopping mood.
I went to TJ Maxx to try this stretch/cotton theory out.
And...
I find it to be true.
I got two pairs of jeans that fit amazing.
Surprisingly one of these pairs, Eddie Bauer, was a straight/skinny leg. A cut I've avoided my whole life because they make me look like I have a massive butt and big hips. But with a high stretch, they look awesome.
The other pair DKNY, has polyester, cotton and lycra in them. Something I would have never thought of trying on, no less buying.
My advice is to buy clothes that fit, no matter what material they are made of. And TJ Maxx is a fantastic store. :)
