There's really only one to prepare, make and eat a grilled cheese sandwich. Usually I respect people who tend to disagree with me. But there's no room for argument when it comes to my grilled cheese sandwiches.
There's only two people in this word that can make my grilled cheese: me and/or my dad. ANNNND the Hotel Bar.
Items needed:
2 slices split top wheat bread. Preferably corn syrup free.
2 slices Kraft 2% processed cheese
butter, softened so it's spreadable
Simply Heinz ketchup, chilled
small frying pan and lid
Directions
Spread butter on one side of each wheat bread slice. Put one slice of bread, butter side down in frying pan. Layer the cheese slices on the bread. Top with the other slice of bread, butter side up. Heat medium until the one slice of bread is brown. Flip and cover so cheese melts. Heat until cheese is melted and the bread is brown. Cut into squares and dip into cold ketchup.
