Hard boiled eggs

this isn't my photo. not really sure whose it is.

I can relate to this blogger as far as making and preparing hard boiled eggs. I never make them solely due to their hard-to-peelness. However, I followed her recipe to the T...only I put them in a ice water bath to stop the cooking/rapidly cool them down.


I had perfectly cooked and easy to peel hard boiled eggs for breakfast.
