Homemade Rice Krispies with icy cold lemonade is one them. For the first time (I think EVER) I used name brand Kellogg's Rice Krispies and Jet Puff marshmallows.
REAL Rice Krispy Treats from Kellogg's website
3 tablespoons butter
1-10 oz (about 40) Jet Puff marshmallows (fresher the better)
6 cups Kellogg's Rice Krispy cereal
Melt butter in a large pot over low heat. Add marshmallows and melt over low-ish heat. Remove from heat and stir in cereal. Spread in a well greased 9x13 pan, use wax paper to evenly press cereal mixture into pan. If you're patient enough, let cool and cut into big squares. Get yourself a glass of lemonade, a cat and a good movie. Enjoy :)
