Healthy Brownies

I almost think these are more fudge-y then regular brownies.

1 teaspoon instant coffee powder
2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup sugar
1/4 transfat free vegetable oil spread
3 large egg whites


Preheat oven to 350*. Grease 8x8 baking pan. Dissolve coffee into vanilla extract.

In a bowl mix together flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt.

In another bowl whisk together sugar, vegetable spread and egg whites. Blend into flour mixture.

Spread in prepared pan and bake for 22-24 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool and cut.
