I guess you can say I'm almost done with this knitted tote bag.
I stitched everything, but just have to assembly it.
My bag is small..like the one pictured...which does make it a cute lunch tote.
I used Lion brand Wool Ease Thick n Quick in fig color, just because I that;'s what I had on hand. I don't have size 15 needles, but I do have size 17. (Seriously, do I really need another pair of knitting needles?!?). The sides tended to curl up...but you/I can flatten the pieces via iron. Use the wool setting and iron over the curled edges to flatten them...works well for me.
Something else I'm super, super stroked about....
Good Housekeeping Cookbook 1944 edition.
I bought it at a local thrift store for less than $2. At the shop, I didn't bother reading through it. However, once I got home and really browsed through it...I realized what a little gem of a book I found and now have. I am super stroked about this!
You sure know how to have fun girl. You sound like me!
