Fresh kielbasa, Italian sausage or something of that nature, as many as you want (Packaged kielbasa works just fine, but there's nothin' like house made sausage)
Onions, I found about 1 onion per sausage
Sausage sized buns
1) cook.
Set the grill to medium heat and put sausage on grill and cook until no longer raw. In the mean, cut onion into rings. Heat skillet on the stove over medium high heat. Coat pan with EVOO or unsalted butter. Added onion rings and sprinkle onions with salt. Cook until caramelized
2) wait.
Fold your laundry. sit on your patio whatever. Stir onions and flip sausage every now and then.
3) assemble.
If you want to really make it special, grill buns for a few minutes near the end of cooking time. Assembly is kind of self explanatory. Just don't forget to top sausage with caramelized onions.
