Quiche. The best and quickest recipe ever.

Usually I hate the taste of eggs. Something about the dense texture and the weird aftertaste.
However, this quiche recipe is really good..fluffy, creamy yet not too heavy.

1-9 inch deep dish premade pie crust (the type that is all nicely crimped and perfectly fitted in the pie tin. They are near the whip topping and frozen fruits at Meijer.)
bacon, turkey or ham, chopped
1-medium onion, chopped
1 1/2 cups shredded swiss cheese or other type of finely shredded cheese
12 oz evaporated milk
3 large eggs
salt and pepper to taste
any other seasonings you want

Preheat oven to 350*. Saute meat and onion, until onion is soft. In the meantime sprinkle cheese in pie crust/shell. Plop meat mixture onto cheese. Mix evaporated milk, eggs and seasonings in a bowl. Pour over meat and cheese. Put pie crust tin on a baking sheet, bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes or until knife entered into center of pie comes out clean.

NOTE: Fat free evaporated milk can be used. However, the texture won't be as light and fluffy. The texture still will be light just not as nice if using the real deal.
